home and have your own patty! ;)

Well, here’s how it happened...
My younger brother, Noah, played in the CFL for 12 years with the Toronto Argonauts and BC Lions, winning 4 Grey Cups. After retiring from football, Noah partnered with his friend Gerald, who had purchased Vera’s Burger Shack from a wonderful woman named...Vera. Noah and Gerald expanded Vera's from one stand alone beach shack in West Vancouver, to 9 locations, winning "Best Burger" awards for over 10 years.

I ATE many Vera’s burgers over the years, and couldn’t get enough of them. I decided I wanted to bring Vera's to Ottawa, and Noah and Gerald agreed. Fourteen years later, we're still serving awesome burgers grilled in-store daily, along with super sides and amazing milkshakes. To date, we've sold about half a million burgers and over 112, 000 milkshakes.
